WAEPA Announces 2025 Board of Directors Election

Falls Church, VA., March 2025: Worldwide Assurance for Employees of Public Agencies, Inc. (WAEPA) will hold our 2025 Board of Directors election, with voting opening on Wednesday, March 26. Actively insured WAEPA members are eligible to cast a vote, approving or rejecting a proposed slate of candidates.  

WAEPA’s Board of Directors serve without pay. The Directors are civil servants distinguished by their achievements in government service. Directors who have agreed to serve on WAEPA’s Board do so to fulfill the mission of promoting the health, welfare, and financial well-being of WAEPA’s members. 

The Board makes key decisions guiding the organization and advocating for the members, including WAEPA’s premium refund program, scholarship program and more. 

WAEPA was formed For Feds, By Feds, and we encourage all eligible members to participate in the election process. 

Voting will take place online and all ballots must be received by Wednesday, April 9, 2025. WAEPA members who are eligible to vote will receive an email on March 26 with a link to cast their ballot.
