Winona Lake Massie

Winona Lake Massie is Chair of the Products and Services Committee and Member of the Compensation Committee. She has served on the Board since 2017. 

Currently a retired Federal employee, Winona was most recently the Associate Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights at the USDA. Winona began her career as a Civilian Federal Employee in 2002, working as an Equal Opportunity Specialist for the USDA. Since then, she’s served in many unique roles for the agency, providing leadership at the federal, state, and local levels in civil rights, employment and equal opportunity law, training and development, policy, strategic planning, budgeting, communications, and compliance, Winona brings distinguished experience to the Board. She joined the Senior Executive Service in 2015. 

Winona holds several degrees and certificates, including a J.D. from Seton Hall Law Center and an Executive Certificate in Public Leadership from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government.
