Product Eligibility Requirements
Group Term Life Insurance
You must be a current or former Civilian Federal Employee under the age of 70.
Group Short-Term Disability Insurance Rates
You must be a current or former Civilian Federal Employee between the ages of 18 to 69 and working a minimum of 30 hours per week.
